Nicholas Owino Oguta is a visionary youth from Yala town, currently serving as a Head of Department, Disciplinary Committee member, and Recruitment and Membership Officer. His leadership journey began early, holding significant roles in primary school, including environmental leader, class leader, caretaker, deputy head prefect, and ultimately, head prefect.
Beyond his leadership roles, Nicholas is a dedicated individual with diverse practical experience. He is actively involved in crop farming and livestock keeping (poultry) and brings over five years of experience as a Mason in building and construction, primarily within Siaya County. This hands-on work has fostered his ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and gain valuable insights.
Nicholas is committed to uniting those he leads for a better future, embodying a servant leadership philosophy. He believes in leading by example, working committedly, and fostering a society where collective well-being is paramount. His multifaceted background and dedication make him a dynamic and impactful leader.
