Margaret Otieno, the Deputy Head of Welfare, is a dedicated professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. Hailing from Migosi village in Gem constituency, Margaret’s educational journey led her from Gongo Warom Secondary School to The Kisumu National Polytechnic, where she earned a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Her career in marketing began in 2018 at Topline Marketing as an urban representative. Demonstrating her capabilities, she was quickly promoted to a merchandiser role under the GSK account. After six years at Topline Marketing, she transitioned with the GSK account to Tradco Services, where she continues to excel as a merchandiser. Margaret’s leadership philosophy centers on leading by example, a principle she employs to motivate and inspire those around her. Her extensive experience in the field, coupled with her commitment to exemplary leadership, makes her a valuable asset in her role.
