Joining Requirements

Become a member

GWASA Family is open to the public. To apply, fill the form appropriately. On approval you will be required to pay:

💰 Welfare Akiba Funds

Ksh. 400 per month, automatically deducted from savings starting on the first day of the second membership month, until the Ksh. 4,000 target is reached. No separate Welfare Akiba payment is required.

📝 Registration Fee — Ordinary Members

Ksh. 300 for alumni of Gongo Warom Secondary School.

📝 Registration Fee — Affiliate Members

Ksh. 600 for members who are not alumni of Gongo Warom Secondary School.

📅 Ongoing Obligations

Annual subscription of Ksh. 500 (Life Members exempt), mandatory monthly shares of at least Ksh. 250, and automatic Welfare Akiba deductions from savings. Any unpaid Welfare Akiba due is collected from available savings or the next savings top-up.
